Our persona

Our group has decided to focus on the persona of a daily public transport passenger.

Danielle lives and works in Tel Aviv, and has a 45 minute commute to her job. She gets to work by taking 2 buses. Her main issue with her transportation is the unpleasant ride experience, which includes the density, the bad smell and more conditions that turn the whole experience to be negative.
