We came back today after the second user testing we did and we were truly happy and excited about what we achieved!
We got up on line 142 of "Dan" company, and asked the driver if he will let us to put a sign with a sentence which will encourage the passengers to be more kind to the driver. WE had 4 different wordings and we used 2 wordings each ride.
The results were amazing! Of course not all of the passengers were kind and said "hello" to the driver, but at least some of them did, and that's also part of the progress :)
Passengers said hello to the driver, they smiled, they created eye contact with him and some of them were even kind when they got off the bus. They said "thank you" and "have a good day".
When we got in the bus that took us back to where we started our ride, we met a driver who was a little bit pessimistic but agreed to cooperate with us.
I must say that the driver himself was very surprised from the results! He couldn't believe that just from writing a little sign with his name, people will call him: "Asher" (and not "driver"), will respect him and bless him when they enter the bus.
After the user testing we did today, we feel more confident about the product we want to create.
We will continue working on Dapi and hope to keep getting results like these!
